How you receive your MaeWest software.

MaeWest installers are Authenticode-signed and delivered by MaeWest Software directly to the purchaser by email. Public download links are not published — every installer is tied to a licence key.

After you buy

Complete checkout via Paddle (our Merchant of Record).
You receive an emailed receipt from Paddle.
Within a short time you receive a separate email from MaeWest Software containing your licence key and a personal download link.
Download, verify the signature and SHA-256 (see below), install, and enter your licence key on first run.

If your MaeWest email has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then email [email protected] with your Paddle order id.

Field clients are provisioned by the customer's Office administrator using the Operator Console pairing workflow; they are not sold separately as installers on this page.

FSO & Trader

MaeWest Blending — coming soon

The FSO and Trader applications are in pre-release development and are not currently distributed. Register interest via the Contact page and we will notify you when signed installers become available.

Before you install

System requirements & bundled runtimes

Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 (x64).
.NET 8 Desktop Runtime — bundled and installed silently if missing.
Connected tiers (Starter / Professional / Enterprise QHSE) also bundle SQL Server 2022 Express and, where used, WireGuard for Windows.

Verify your download

Signature and checksum

Before running any MaeWest installer on a production machine:

Right-click the installer → Properties → Digital Signatures. The signer must read MaeWest Software and the signature must be valid.
Compare the SHA-256 hash to the value listed in your MaeWest licence email:
Get-FileHash .\MaeWest-*-Setup-*.exe -Algorithm SHA256

If either check fails, do not run the installer. Contact support so we can reissue a fresh signed build.
